GENERAL
Prior to 3DP performing any services on your vehicle, you, the owner, are to advise us of any cosmetic or mechanical issues that would stop us from completing the service.
If your vehicle poses any threat to health and or safety, let that be known. If there are the any harmful substances (drugs, vomit, blood, etc.) in the vehicle, let this be known PRIOR to your appointment.
3DP Reserves the right to refuse service.

A 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment is required, if no notice, a cancellation fee of 25% service cost will be implemented. As for rescheduling an appointment, no fees are due.

An appointment is defined as one (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple fees if appointments are canceled.

If you wish to change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a specific date & time will be recommended based upon our availability.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, check, Paypal, Venmo, and CashApp. I eat the cost of transaction fees. Payment is due at the completion of the detail.

PHOTO/VIDEO

We will request consent to post pictures and videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. Your identity will remain anonymous, unless you should share any post made involving your vehicle. You have the right to refuse this.

OTHER DISCLAIMERS

Although we strive to achieve as close to perfection as we can, it is not always possible. Please allow a small leniency towards each completed service, as we work in an environment that is not 100% sealed. (minor dust, etc.)

While we list certain time frames for each service, please have a back-up transportation plan just in case the service window surpasses that of the expected time frame. I will be sure to communicate all things as necessary.

All Prices listed start as minimums and are subject to change dependent on a handful of factors. Any potential changes in price will be communicated promptly.
